For client projects, intellectual property ownership is determined by the terms of the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Titanova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with a service engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement for a period of two years.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
